The new 2023 extended Wagoneer L and Grand Wagoneer L are 12 inches longer than the standard-wheelbase models. The robust architecture of the Wagoneer L and Grand Wagoneer L delivers sophisticated on-road dynamics and composing capability. The lightweight, high-strength aluminum closures, including the hood, doors, and composite liftgate, reduce weight and boosts fuel economy. Engineers placed substantial emphasis on designing a body-on-frame structure that uses high-strength steel to bolster vehicle performance, safety, reliability, and reduce overall weight. More Room and Better Ride
Wagoneer L comes standard with a coil spring suspension with an optional air suspension, and the Grand Wagoneer L comes standard with the air suspension. This suspension features a closed-loop system that recycles clean air resulting in improved compressor durability. This air suspension system continuously adjusts stiffness to loading conditions to optimize ride performance. An external valve block and secondary air reservoir allow both axles to lower simultaneously. Electronically controlled semi-active damped shocks on air suspension vehicles adjust to road conditions and driving styles.
