Dodge Scat Pack Club

In 1968 Dodge revealed the Scat Pack Club and they have brought it back with a vengeance on the Challenger R/T Scat Pack and the HEMI Scat Pack Shaker. The expanded the line-up to include a cold-air induction hood scoop on two of the Dodge HEMI V-8 and three performance models. The first model is the 392 HEMI Scat Pack Shaker with 485 horsepower on the 5.7L HEMI engine. The unique hood and intake is combined with the cold-air intake to deliver maximum performance. 2015 celebrates 45 years of Shaker history for Dodge. The Shaker model sold out in just four days last year and with the high demand from consumers they brought it back and now outdid it with even more power and performance. The engine now has 113 more horsepower than last year and more track-proven hardware and technology. As the model name suggests the “cold-air grabbing” Shaker not only looks good with its Satin Black center-mounted hood scoop, it also directs cooler air back into the 5.7-liter, or now 6.4-liter HEMI V-8 engine. And, like the original 1970 model the new 2015 Challenger models continue the Dodge tradition of an engine-mounted hood scoop that “shakes” with the powertrain’s movement. This muscle care was designed for enthusiast that love to work on their machines. The conical air filter and optimized air box for improved airflow and performance. Open the hood and to be treated to an under-hood “Shaker” graphic that is reminiscent of the 1970s original.

For even more performance on the road or track the Challenger R/T Shaker includes the Super Track Pack that has racing inspired adjustments such as a lowered suspension, high performance shock absorbers, high-performance brakes, three-mode ESC and three season Goodyear Eagle F1 tires. You can add to this with the Challenger R/T Plus Shaker that includes unique heated and vented leather performance seats with the “Shaker” logo stitched in them. Also added to this package is a shortcut button to the Performance pages that provides visible performance information, such as programmable shift light indicator, reaction time, 0-60 times, G-force indicator and lap times. The Challenger 392 HEMI Scat Pack Shaker is the King of them all with 485 horsepower and 475 lo-ft. of torque, adding more than a 30 percent jump in horsepower and 18 percent jump in torque. The coupe’s best-in-class power enables it to turn mid 4-second times from 0-60 mph and low 12-second quarter mile times. Dodge clearly flexes their muscle with these editions of the Challenger using cool features, such as LED headlamps, Dodge signature racetrack tail lamps, dual exhaust, 8.4-inch touchscreen infotainment centers and 7-inch thin-film transistor (TFT) customizable gauge clusters.
