Chili cook off October 13, 2018

Apple festival October 13 – 14 and 20 – 21, 2018

Ok so apples are food. And there is no better time than October to enjoy locally grown apples. See 300 vendors of food and handmade items, plus craft demonstrations, an antique car show, a 5K race, and a parade at Georgia Apple Festival in Ellijay. No pets.

Taste of California October 14, 2018 (3 to 5 p.m.)

The Country Living Fair has 200 booths of antiques, crafts, and gourmet foods, plus demonstrations of cooking, painting & pottery at Stone Mountain Park. It’s more than food but that’s ok so make a day or weekend out of it
