Trim Levels of the 2019 Dodge Charger

It might seem impossible that there’s a four-door muscle car out there, but the 2019 Dodge Charger continues to prove that it can accomplish anything. This vehicle perfectly combines a family-sedan vibe with the sportiness and power of a muscle car. In 2019 alone you’ll notice new interior and exterior styling changes, a revised trim lineup, and so much more! Speaking of trims, that is truly where the Charger cements itself as the best large sedan around. There are five different trim levels that you can choose from, and all of them are sure to have the features you want the most. Dodge doesn’t skimp on power, and they most certainly would never skimp on technology and comfort. Keep reading down below to learn more about the five trims available with the 2019 Charger.

SXT:
The first trim offered with the 2019 Charger is called SXT. This model comes with Dodge’s Uconnect infotainment system, 17-inch alloy wheels, satellite radio, a 60/40-split folding back seat, a rearview camera, dual USB ports, rear parking sensors, keyless entry and ignition, Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, a 6-speaker sound system, Bluetooth, and a power-adjustable driver’s seat. You’ll also get a 3.6-liter V6 engine which comes with an 8-speed automatic transmission.

There’s also an all-wheel drive version of the SXT. The AWD option includes an 8.4-inch Uconnect touchscreen, an upgraded 6-speaker sound system, LED fog lights, dual-zone automatic climate control, an auto-dimming rearview mirror, 19-inch wheels, HD radio, heated mirrors, a 4G LTE in-car Wi-Fi hotspot, and upgraded cloth upholstery.

GT:
Moving up into another trim is GT. This trim contains many of the features that were added to the SXT AWD option. However, it features rear-wheel drive, styling enhancements, suspension enhancements, and 20-inch wheels. These unique additions make sure that the GT stands on its own.

R/T:
A model that is similar to the GT is R/T. The biggest difference between these two models is the engine. Under the hood of the R/T is a 5.7-liter V8 engine. This engine can pump out up to 395 pound-feet of torque and 370 horsepower. Power is a big draw to the R/T model, so if you’re looking to up your revving game, then the R/T trim is right for you.

Scat Pack:
If you’re really looking to generate power, then you’ll want to look into Scat Pack. This trim comes with a 6.4-liter V8, which can give you up to 475 pound-feet of torque and 485 horsepower. As far as additional features go, you’ll get power-adjustable front seats, Brembo high-performance brakes, heavy-duty engine cooling, and even a limited-slip rear differential.

For all of the trims that have been mentioned, there are additional features you can add. Some features include a navigation system, an upgraded suspension and tires, a power-adjustable steering wheel, leather upholstery, heated rear seats, xenon headlights, a panoramic sunroof, a Harman Kardon sound system, and heated and ventilated front seats.

SRT Hellcat:
Last, but certainly not least, is SRT Hellcat. This is the trim that serious racing enthusiasts are looking for. Under the hood of the SRT Hellcat is a supercharged 6.2-liter V8 engine. This engine can generate around 707 horsepower and 650 pound-feet of torque. Most of the features already mentioned can be found with this trim, along with upgraded steering, and suspension tuning.
