Trim Levels of the 2019 Jeep Compass
When it comes to creating exciting and innovative vehicles, no one does it better than Jeep. Year after year the SUVs get better and include more features than ever, and that’s true for the 2019 Jeep Compass. This SUV knocks it out of the park with a powerful engine, great off-roading capabilities, and exterior styling that is impossible to ignore. Perhaps the most exciting part about the 2019 Compass, however, are the four available trim levels that you get to choose from. These trims include Sport, Latitude, Trailhawk, and Limited. Regardless of which trim fits your needs, we’ll be going over the equipment lineup to show off what each of them has to offer.
Sport:
Like every trim in the lineup, Sport comes standard with a 2.4-liter 4-cylinder engine that can kick out 180 horsepower and 175 lb-ft of torque. Front-wheel drive is standard, as is a six-speed automatic transmission. A six-speed manual option is also available. When it comes to standard features you’ll be getting 16-inch wheels, a 7-inch touchscreen display with a Uconnect system, a 6-speaker sound system, air conditioning, a USB port, and Bluetooth connectivity.
Latitude:
It’s also important to note that, with the Latitude trim, along with Sport and Limited, you can opt for all-wheel drive instead of front-wheel drive. With this trim, you’ll also find more features like upgraded simulated leather and upgraded cloth seat upholstery, package options, larger wheels, keyless ignition and entry, and a leather-wrapped steering wheel.
Trailhawk:
For a Compass that was truly made with off-roading in mind, you’ll want to look at the Trailhawk trim. This beast includes all-wheel drive that is matched with a nine-speed automatic transmission. You’ll also get a matte-black hood, red tow hooks, underbody skid plates, 17-inch wheels, a Selec-Terrain system, off-road-oriented tires, and finally, a raised suspension to make sure that you can go up any surface.
Limited:
When it comes to luxury and comfort, the Limited trim has it all. You’ll gain automatic dual-zone climate control, 18-inch wheels, a heated steering wheel, upgraded exterior trim, leather upholstery, an 8.4-inch Uconnect touchscreen, satellite radio, Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, an upgraded driver information display, remote start, heated front seats, and a power-adjustable driver’s seat.
Depending on the trim level, you can add many standalone features. A few of these features include xenon headlights, a navigation system, a premium Beats audio system, a sunroof, and a power liftgate. You can also get a Cold Weather package, along with an Advanced Safety package that adds forward collision warning/mitigation, adaptive cruise control, lane departure warning/intervention, and automatic high beams.
