Starting off the trims for the Cherokee is the Latitude, which comes with a 2.4-liter four-cylinder that pumps out 180 horsepower and 171 lb-ft of torque and pairs nicely with a nine-speed automatic transmission. Front-wheel-drive comes standard, but you can opt for the four-wheel-drive if you wish. As for features, the Latitude comes standard with power front windows, exterior mirrors with a heating element, supplemental turn signals, courtesy lamps, a rearview camera, and a 7-inch touchscreen with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. You also get driver safety aids such as blind-spot monitoring with rear cross-path detection, forward collision mitigation, and lane-keeping assist.

Next up is the Latitude Plus, which provides drivers and passengers with a ton of luxury and tech features. It comes with heated front seats, a premium-wrapped heated steering wheel, remote start, keyless entry, and push-button start. There are several options available for the Latitude Plus, including dual-zone climate control, a power liftgate, and an auto-dimming rearview mirror.

When you get to the Latitude Lux trim, you are greeted with two new engines. The first is a 3.2-liter V6 that pumps out 271 horses and 239 lb-ft of torque, and the second is a turbocharged 2.0-liter four-cylinder that has 270 horsepower and an astounding 295 lb-ft of torque. Both engines also connect to a nine-speed automatic transmission and front-wheel-drive, with the option of four-wheel-drive. Features for the new Latitude Lux include Nappa leather seats, power front seats with power lumbar adjuster, and a windshield wiper de-icer. Jeep is also celebrating its 80th year anniversary with the 80th-anniversary edition, which has 19-inch wheels with Granite Crystal finish, power front seats with lumbar, dual-zone automatic temperature control, remote start, Uconnect 8.4-inch touchscreen radio, and a  7-inch full-color thin-film transistor.

The Limited is next, and it comes with an upgraded driver display in the gauge cluster and an 8.4-inch touchscreen. Also standard on the Limited is a dual-pane panoramic sunroof, auto high-beam headlamps, adaptive cruise control with stop and go, parallel/perpendicular park assist with a full stop, and park sense front/rear park assist with rear stop.
